We stay up-to-date on current issues through monthly board meetings. This allows us to stay accountable to the Board and to maintain effective communication with both the Board and unit owners.

Financial Management

We have extensive experience in financial management and we use that knowledge to assist our boards in developing and implementing opertating budgets, reserve fund plans, corporation financing, collectiong of condo fees, and management of the corporation's investments.

Using a proactive approach to financial management enables us to provide the boards with timely updates as well as addressing issues before they become serious.

Project Management

Core's property managers have comprehensive project management training and experience for all levels of projects ranging from $25-million fire restorations to cosmetic interior design changes, with an average of $5-million annually.

We liase with owners, board members, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are properly inspected and managed on a day-to-day basis.

Along with the Board, we identify the work needed and engage the proper engineering expertise to develop the scope of work and take the work to tender. Once the Board has approved the bid and awarded the contract, we will work with engineers and contractors to manage the project and to ensure timely completion.

We ensure ongiong supervision, as well as updates to the Board and unit owners.

Capital Improvements

We have the resources and knowledge to assist the Board in determining the best method of approaching and implementing any capital improvement projects.

We work closely with engineers and contractors in all disciplines of the construction industry.

We work with each Board of Directors to develop a preventative maintenance schedule specifically for your building and equipment. Our approved contractors are available at all times to quickly and efficiently handle emergencies.
